Privacy Policy
Driveways paved, sealed and patched, and parking lots kept in shape, for Lansing and the towns nearby.
This policy covers what you share with Lansing Best Asphalt Paving when you call the number on this site or send the request form.
What we collect
The request form sends us what you type into it. Name and phone number are required. Email, town, the service you chose and the description of your driveway or lot are optional.
Every phone call leaves a record of the calling number, the date, time and length of the call, and the general area that number is registered to. Calls are recorded, and a short notice tells you so before the call connects. A voicemail left when nobody answers is recorded too.
How we use it
We use your details to call you back about the pavement and set up a visit. We also count calls and form requests to see how the site is working. We do not sell your information or put you on a mailing list.
Who sees it
Your request, call and voicemail go to the paving company that takes the job, so it can reach you and price the work.
A few outside providers run the systems behind this site. Twilio handles phone calls and stores recordings. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form requests. Telegram sends us an alert for each new request or voicemail so we can answer quickly. None of them may use your information for purposes of their own.
Analytics, maps and cookies
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and page views in total. It sets no cookies, does not identify you and does not track you across other sites. There is no advertising code here.
Pages about the towns we serve show a map of the town from Google Maps. The map loads only when you scroll down to it. Google then receives your IP address and browser details, and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Call records, recordings and form requests are kept only as long as they help us follow up on your job and keep accurate records. Ask us to delete them and we will.
Your choices
To learn what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, call the number on this site or send the request form and say so in the message. We will confirm once it is done.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date below.

Find out what the pavement needs
Tell us roughly how big the driveway or lot is and what you see on it: cracks, low spots, crumbling edges, potholes. We call back with the fix that fits and a ballpark for it.
